Maison Francine N.1

Maison Francine is an existing Breton house converted into five independent apartments for short-term rental.

The client, an investor, entrusted us with this project. The goal was to create compact spaces that offer the same quality of life as a much larger interior.

In this first apartment, every volume contributes to an overall composition designed to simplify everyday living. Functions flow naturally from one space to another, storage is seamlessly integrated into the architecture, and the living areas connect without interruption.

Custom millwork and carefully selected materials structure the space while giving it a distinctive identity. Stained wood finishes, curved lines, and integrated elements create an interior that feels warm, characterful, and deeply lived in.

The project embodies our core belief: when space is designed with intention, every square metre can provide greater comfort, coherence, and freedom.
